I’ve come to the end of my 10 week Tanzanian experience, and I’ve got so many memories to take home with me: A Tanzanian wedding, a Tanzanian disco, gospel singing at church, an elephant sighting, bike rides across the floodplain, visiting rural households for our social surveys, swimming in the river…I’m going to miss Tanzania so much, especially our little neighbours who come round to play every day. I’ve met so many lovely people, including everyone at Frontier, our neighbours and friends in Lupiro and Igota who are always so kind and helpful – typical of the Tanzanian culture. My trip has been hard work but very satisfying, and now I’ll hopefully have a BTEC in butterfly surveys to prove it! Thank you Frontier TZS for a brilliant summer!
